On Thursday, Tyler Police received a 911 call from a citizen who reported seeing two suspects kick in his neighbor's back door at 522 Wells Street.

The neighbor, who wishes to remain anonymous, says his dog started barking at the fence that borders the house next door.

He says he looked over the fence into his neighbors back yard and noticed two men breaking into his neighbor's house. He says the men started looking towards him and that's when he called 911.

As officers arrived on the scene, the suspects fled on foot. Officers flooded the area and were able to capture both suspects.

No one was at the home when the incident happened. The person who lives at the home says the suspects tried to take two televisions, one from a bedroom and one from the living room.

One of the televisions was found in the backyard after the suspects were arrested.

The suspects are identified as John Climax, 25, and Shelton Oliver, 19, both of Tyler.

Climax and Oliver were both charged with burglary of a habitation - a second degree felony and put into the Smith County Jail.
