On Wednesday, the Sixth Court of Appeals in Texarkana, TX upheld an Upshur County jury's conviction against Kevin Leray Henderson, 45. A sentence of 80 years was also upheld.

According to the case, the Henderson exposed his genitals to a young child at a Gilmer apartment complex. The child's mother witnessed the crime, grabbed her child and drove to the Gilmer Police Department.

A jury found Henderson guilty and District Judge Lauren Parish sentenced him to 80 years in prison because he was labeled an habitual offender.
