OXFORD, OH (FOX19) -

A Corpse Flower has bloomed at Miami University in Ohio.

The Titan Arum, or corpse flower, has the largest (unbranched) inflorescence in the world.

According to an Instagram, the flower bloomed Tuesday night.

Students can see the flower in action at the Belk Greenhouse in Western Campus.

The plant is one of fewer than 200 that have bloomed in cultivation, according to Jack Keegan, greenhouse manager and instructor of botany.

Miami's Corpse Flower is one of the largest in the world.
