MOORES HILL, IN (FOX19) -

Emergency crews are dealing with a partial building collapse in Moores Hill, Indiana.

The back of a large three story building collapsed late Wednesday night.  Though the building has been vacant for years, a FOX19 employee was told further collapse could be a threat to neighboring buildings, one a gun shop and the other an apartment building, whose tenants have been evacuated.

The collapse caused crews to close Main Street.  This should not cause too many traffic problems because the main highway in the area, Route 350, skirts the north side of town.

The building was a lodge for a fraternal group many years ago.  The building with the gun shop used to be a bank branch.

No one was injured in the incident.  There is no word yet on the cause of the collapse.
