4 cups diced white meat chicken
2 cups diced onions
1 10 oz. can of condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups chick peas
2 cups diced potatoes
approx 1 cup Creme de Cacao..(concentrated coconut milk)
approx 2 tablespoons of curry
Cook the chicken and onions together till they reach a consistent temp. of 175 and reduce the heat a bit
add the soup, peas,and potatoes and heat till all ingredients are warm
add the coconut till it tastes sweet, then add the curry till there is a balance between the sweet and the savory.
Serve over rice.
