Museum of East Texas kicks off Easter festivities

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

Some parents and their children got a hop start on Easter Sunday afternoon.

The Museum of East Texas hosted their 2nd annual Easter baskets on parade.

Creative Easter baskets were on display that were made out of traditional and non-traditional materials.

Visitors also got to enjoy Easter water coloring, Easter cookies and have pretty paper Easter bonnets hand-crafted for the girls.
