Cardinals resume vote today

Coming up on Good Morning East Texas...

Another round of voting is ahead today as the cardinals are huddled together at the Vatican. We'll take you to Rome as we patiently watch the signal of smoke for the election of a new pope.

Plus, an East Texas Justice of the Peace continues to recover in the hospital this morning. This as his wife is currently under supervision in a mental health facility. We'll speak with their daughter who tells us how the circumstances could have been avoided.

And, Good Morning East Texas' Annette Falconer will be live in the studio to tell us about a safehaven here in East Texas for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that is celebrating its 15 year anniversary.

Grant Dade says another great March afternoon is in store for us today. High temperatures will reach the lower 60s north to upper 60s south with mostly sunny skies. Our winds will be out of the east northeast around 10 miles per hour this afternoon.  Tonight will be clear and cool.  Low temperatures will drop into the upper 30s and lower 40s.
