A 26-year-old man is dead after crashing an SUV into a wall Sunday night in Pima County.
Pima County Sheriff's Office said the SUV slammed into the entry wall of the Cobblestone community at the north end of Campbell Avenue.
Detectives believe speed was a factor and that the driver missed the turn through the roundabout.
PCSO said they found marijuana and mushrooms, both packaged for sale, and a loaded shotgun in the SUV.
PCSO identified the driver as Jonathan Castaneda. He died on the way to the hospital. Two other people were in the vehicle and have been taken to the hospital. PCSO said one of the passengers is in critical condition and the other is in stable condition.
