Seared Lemon Pepper Trout

Rainbow trout filet

Lemon pepper

Olive oil

Fresh parsley

Coat your trout filet in olive oil and then generously cover with lemon pepper. In a skillet over medium high heat sear the trout filet flesh side down for a couple of minutes. Then carefully flip the fish and cook skin side for another 3 to 5 minutes until done. Sprinkle some fresh parsley over the top and serve.
