Gilmer ISD bus involved in minor accident Wednesday morning

GILMER, TX (KLTV) -

Gilmer ISD bus #38 was involved in a minor accident Wednesday morning on US Hwy 271 in Gilmer.

Superintendent Rick Albritton said the bus turned wider than expected and clipped a car.

Albritton said no one in either vehicle was injured. The students who were on the bus heading back to school were transferred to another bus.

The only damage was to the car's rear bumper.
