New curriculum helps high school students develop leadership and business skills to solve the world's most pressing global issues
NEW YORK, March 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Summerfuel, the leader in authentic summer enrichment programs for high school students, announced today the launch of its new Social Entrepreneurship programs. These programs are built to help high school students to explore entrepreneurship and its power to create change locally and globally. The new curriculum is designed to develop the skills that students need to build effective and efficient social ventures and introduce young entrepreneurs to business concepts that they can utilize immediately in their communities and continue to develop throughout their lives.
Hosted on the campuses of Yale and Stanford Universities, these programs incorporate case studies, hands-on experience, business skills workshops and guest speakers to empower young social entrepreneurs to find creative solutions to key social issues in their communities and around the globe.
