MidAtlantic Farm Credit, a local agricultural lender, announces the dates and locations of their annual stockholders' meetings to take place in April.

Customers of MidAtlantic Farm Credit should plan to attend one of the regional stockholders' meetings scheduled in April. Meeting attendees will join fellow stockholders, directors and staff of MidAtlantic Farm Credit for a meal, as well as hear an update on the association's plans for 2013. Entertainment will follow the business portion of the meeting.
The meeting dates and locations are as follows: April 2, Wicomico Youth & Civic Center, Salisbury, MD; April 3, Modern Maturity Center, Dover, DE; April 4, Yoder's Restaurant, New Holland, PA; April 9, Walkersville Fire Hall, Walkersville, MD; and April 10, Millwood Station, Winchester, VA. Registration for the meetings will begin at 6:15 p.m. with dinner to be served at 7 p.m.
Stockholders will participate in the election of directors and nominating committee members at the meeting. In addition, mail-in ballots will be sent to all eligible voting stockholders' home address on April 17, 2013.
Customers or guests who attend one of the five regional meetings will have the opportunity to enter to win the grand prize - a John Deere Gator XUV 550 Utility Vehicle! The winner will be announced on or about April 24, 2013. In lieu of the Gator, the winner may accept a cash alternative.
Bob Frazee, MidAtlantic Farm Credit's CEO, invites all stockholders to attend the meeting most convenient to them. "Last year was another successful year for MidAtlantic," notes Frazee. "I hope many of our customers choose to attend one of the scheduled meetings in order to hear how our management plans to repeat last year's financial results."
