SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, March 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tyco (NYSE: TYC) will host its 2013 Annual General Meeting of shareholders on March 6, 2013 at the Park Hyatt Zurich, Beethoven-Strasse 21, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland. The Annual General Meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. Central European Time. During the meeting, shareholders will vote on the proposals previously published in the Invitation to the Annual General Meeting and contained in materials first sent to shareholders on or about January 22, 2013.
The meeting will be simultaneously audio cast in a listen-only mode and can be accessed as follows:
