EAST TEXAS (KLTV) -
The man charged with the robbery of a Lindale bank pleaded guilty in a Tyler court Thursday.
Anthony Rios pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery in connection with the armed robbery of the Capital One Bank in Lindale back in September.
After leading authorities on an international manhunt, Rio's was arrested in October at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport after exiting a plane arriving from the Philippines.
According to Smith County Assistant District Attorney Jason Parrish, Rios knew he was wanted while on the run in the Philippines and agents were tracking his movement in the country.
Rios was sentenced to 40 years in prison with credit for time already served.
