CPD seeks help in finding missing man

NORTHSIDE, OH (FOX19) -

The Cincinnati Police are asking for your assistance in locating Edwin Phillips.

Phillips was last seen in the 1600 block of Powers Street in Northside wearing a black hooded sweat shirt, blue jeans, and white gym shoes.

He is described as a male, white, 43 years of age, 5'10", 185 pounds with hazel eyes, and blond hair.
