HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

A second suspect has been arrested for robbing a Circle K store in Hamilton.

Leonard Noble, 32, is accused of holding a knife on the store clerk while his brother, Andrew Noble, took cigarettes from behind the counter.

The incident happened Monday night at around 11:30 p.m. at the store on Pleasant Avenue.

The suspects took off on foot after the robbery.

A short time later, an officer observed a male white on Dixie Highway, several blocks from the robbery location, who fit the description of one of the suspects. The person was returned to the store, where the clerk positively identified him. Andrew Noble, 30, of Hamilton, was arrested for aggravated robbery.

During the investigation, Hamilton Police learned that the same night, Leonard Noble had taken two 12-pack cartons of beer from the same store without paying.

The men will appear in front of Hamilton Municipal Court for proceedings.
