Bishop Gorman senior Michelle Obach is far from satisfied. That's why she's so good. The Crusaders basketball star topped 2,500 points for her high school career over the weekend. The achievement is impressive, but not Obach's ultimate goal.
No. 1 ranked Bishop Gorman plays Lubbock Trinity Christian Tuesday night in the regional playoffs.
"I guess in the future I'm hopefully looking back at hitting 2,500 points and being a state champion," said Obach. "Right now I'm mostly more excited about playing regional's and taking it to state hopefully."
Coach Katie Robertson says Obach's milestone is something to be proud of.
"For her to get that many points in four years is extremely impressive," said Robertson. "The thing that's really impressive about Michelle is she's never content, so each year she just got better and better."
