Cater Released From Dallas Cowboys

KLTVs' Joe Terrell who is at Dallas Cowboys training camp in Oxnard Cailifornia is reporting that starting quarterback Quincy Carter has been released. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has confirmed Carter has been released and told reporters more details are to be released at a press conference this afternoon. Rumors started circulating this morning when Quincy did not report for camp. Last year the Cowboys went 10-6 with Carter who started all 16 games last season. More details to come.
