OXFORD, OH (FOX19) -

A Miami University student has been indicted after the use of fireworks on campus led to a drug investigation.

Oxford Police responded to the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity house and the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity in August on a report of members from both houses starting a fireworks firing range.

While executing a search warrant at both homes, police found a large amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and other types of drugs.

Nicholas Jurden was indicted by a Butler County grand jury on Wednesday on charges of possession of cocaine, trafficking in marijuana, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
