Reality Check: Healthcare law means more insurance or companies will just pay more fines?

Companies across the nation and right here in the Tri-State are making changes to come into line with the requirements of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.

After all this time will Obamacare actually mean more people insured?

The CEO of Cincinnati based Kroger is saying "not necessarily."
