DESOTO PARISH, LA (KSLA) -
Louisiana State Police are investigating a one-vehicle crash that seriously injured a Mansfield woman Thursday on Hwy. 175 just south of Hwy. 3015 in DeSoto Parish.
Troopers say that their preliminary investigation reveals that a Toyota Camry driven by Krystle Hall, 30, was traveling south when Hall's car missed a left-hand curve, left the highway and overturned.
Hall, who was not wearing her seatbelt, was ejected from her car. Troopers say she suffered life-threatening injuries from the crash and was taken to a hospital.
"Impairment is a suspected factor in this crash," State Police spokesman Trooper Matt Harris says. A toxicology sample was taken for analysis.
The crash remains under investigation.
