The Gerald B. Tonkens house was built in 1955 by Wright's grandson, Eric Lloyd Wright. It sits on 4 acres off Knoll Road.

The home has only had one owner, but is now on the market with Comey and Shepherd for $1,788,000. It's being offered with the original Wright-designed furniture made for the residence.

The home is was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in October of 1991.
