Man charged with 5th OVI offense

MASON, OH (FOX19) -

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Mason man with four prior lifetime OVI convictions with another operating under the influence charge.

Michael T. Pitman was arrested after being involved in a one vehicle crash on Interstate 75 northbound, near mile post 26, in Liberty Township.

Pittman is scheduled to appear in Butler County Area II Court on Feb. 6, 2013 at 9:30 a.m.
