Evicted Woman Can't Afford Mobile Home Move

An East Texas woman is in an unusual position.
She has a home but soon will have no place to live. This is all taking place at the Chapel Hill Mobile Home Park in Titus County.
Stella McCune lives in the mobile home park with her son and daughter. Stella said after a dispute with the park's owner over standing sewage behind her home, she was told she would be evicted. The 53-year-old disabled, diabetic said she has no income and cannot afford to pay someone to move her home.
"I have a girlfriend that said if I can get it moved I can take it to her house," said McCune. "She has a mobile home pad there but as far as moving it there, I don't know how I'm going to do that yet."
Stella McCune said she has until August 15th to move from the property. She said she may have to turn to local churches to try and raise money to pay for the move.
