A court date has been set for Lindsay Faisst. On August 26th, she'll find out if her probation will be revoked.
Her troubles began in 2000, when she crashed her car in a drunk driving accident killing her passenger, Ashley McCaa. Faisst was put on probation for that crime.
Last month, Faisst was a passenger in another fatal crash that prosecutors believe also involved alcohol.
The driver in that accident, 21-year-old Rebecca Rivera died. Faisst is accused of violating her probation by drinking and staying out past curfew.
If her probation is revoked, Faisst could spend up to 10 years in prison.
