Arp firefighter laid to rest Thursday

Joe Lee Mullican will be laid to rest with full honors

ARP, TX (KLTV) -

Arp firefighter Joe Lee Mullican died of a heart attack on Monday at the age of 75. Mullican, who served on the fire department since 1956, had gone on a fire call the day on Sunday.

The funeral is on Thursday in Overton. Mullican will be laid to rest in Arp with full honors.
