As an update to the January 17, 2013 Press Release, the amount of offered acreage is approximately 24,000 acres, and as a clarification, the offered acreage is not related to the Spinning Star Energy Smart Wind Ranch.
There was no intention to suggest in the January 17 Press Release any changes in business plans related to Spinning Star Energy Smart Wind Ranch and its Noelke Hill project. Spinning Star, LLC has confirmed that the project is on-going and continues to encompass the acreage in its original business plan.
Finally, any wind data offered through the January 17 Press Release is completely unrelated to the wind data Spinning Star Energy has collected during the course of its on-going project, which belongs exclusively to Spinning Star.
