WeComply, Inc., a leader in online ethics and compliance training, today reported business highlights for 2012.
Mahwah, N.J. (PRWEB) January 24, 2013
WeComply, Inc., a leader in online ethics and compliance training, today reported business highlights for 2012:
“2012 was a transformational year for us, as we exceeded all of our full-year goals for sales, customer acquisition and new compliance offerings,” said Mike Pallatta, WeComply CEO. “We’ve seen increasingly strong demand for web-based ethics and compliance training solutions that are customizable and affordably priced.”
WeComply’s customer base grew by over 94% during 2012, with sales originating from a number of channels. “With referral sales representing nearly a quarter of our new business, we are confident that our customers are highly satisfied in choosing WeComply,” added John Arendes, WeComply VP of Sales. “We expect continued growth in our customer base as we build our sales organization and broaden our partner universe.”
WeComply also launched a new Universal Access platform in 2012 and now offers advanced, cloud-based mobile-access functionality for most smartphones and tablets. Users can start a course on their desktop computer, continue on a tablet and finish on their smartphone, picking up where they left off each time. Administrators can also use their mobile devices to track participation using WeComply's graphical dashboard.
WeComply also added 26 new courses in 2012 and now covers more than 100 topics in its Ethics and Compliance Training library. To meet the needs of its increasingly global customer base, WeComply also added country-specific and multi-language options. WeComply now serves customers in 50 countries with courses in more than 42 languages.
“One of the primary reasons many customers choose WeComply is our flexibility to customize courses and keep the content fresh with an ever-growing repository of interactive content,” said David Simon, WeComply President and Founder. “Our content team is busy developing more videos, animations and training games to make our courses more engaging and effective, as well as extending our "iComply Toolkit" app to cover international ethics and compliance issues.”
To support the company’s growth, product development and customers, WeComply more than doubled its team. “Our mission is to delight our clients with new and innovative ways to educate employees on critical training matters,” said Mike Pallatta. "That requires us to add new talent, not only to create fresh and engaging training software but to ensure that our customers are properly supported every step of the way.”
To deal with its rapid expansion, WeComply moved its corporate headquarters from Mount Kisco, New York, to Mahwah, New Jersey, in the fourth quarter of 2012. WeComply also added new offices in California, Illinois and Pennsylvania. These changes tripled WeComply’s square footage, providing capacity for additional growth in 2013.
“The key to our continuing success has been our ability to understand customer needs and respond quickly with affordable solutions. Between our talented staff and growing partner network, our answer to almost all customer requests is 'yes,'” said Pallatta. “Our team is very enthusiastic about the momentum we have as we enter 2013 and has embraced our ambitious goals of making 2013 another record-setting year.”
