Partnership leads to improved healthcare

Adult and Child Center and Valle Vista Health System are proud to announce a partnership to improve Behavioral Health Care for Youth and their families in the Greater Indianapolis area. Adult and Child Center and Valle Vista Health System will jointly provide expanded services to Youth who are in Valle Vista’s Residential Treatment Program. Residential Treatment is an intensive mental health treatment program for children and adolescents ages 12-18 with emotional and behavioral disorders that cannot be managed in a less structures environment. . The Treatment will include use of evidence-based clinical treatment and curriculum. Evidence-based treatments, curriculums, and programs have demonstrated that when utilized, increased and improved patient outcomes result. This partnership will also allow families to continue treatment after their children are released from Residential Treatment at Valle Vista Residential Treatment Center.
Adult and Child is a 501c3 not for profit agency which provides evidence-based Behavioral Health and family centered child welfare services to about 5,100 people each year in Marion and Johnson Counties. Valle Vista Health System is a for-profit Behavioral Health facility located in Greenwood, Indiana that provides a full continuum of Behavioral Health services. These services include inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency services for adults as well as inpatient, residential, and outpatient psychiatric services for children and adolescents. Combined, the two companies employ 545 people in the Greater Indianapolis Area with an additional 15 positions added as a result of this partnership.
