Brownsboro athletic director placed on leave - KLTV.com-Tyler, Longview, Jacksonville, Texas | ETX News

Brownsboro athletic director and head football coach Ty Thomison has been put on adminstrative leave.  Superintendent Christopher Moran released a statement naming George Losack as the interim athletic director for Brownsboro ISD.

The statement continues, "District officials are considering all options for leadership of the athletic program and will make the appropriate decisions at the appropriate time."

Thomison is a Brownsboro graduate.  He took over the program in 2011.  In two seasons as head football coach, Thomison has six wins.  The Bears finished 5-5 and five in 2012, missing out that playoffs for a second straight year.
