Good afternoon! We hope your day is going along smoothly.
Lots of news today, and we're busily working on many stories for you. Here's a sampling of what you can expect to see today at 4, 5, and 6:
At 4, we'll give you the latest report from north Houston, where gunfire on a college campus hit three people. One suspect in the shooting was caught, but one is still on the loose. We are continuing to update when new information is released to the media. Please stay tuned to KLTV and KLTV.com for the most up-to-date coverage.
We'll also share the story of a woman fell onto train tracks this week and was rescued as a train approached by an off-duty police officer. We'll show you the incredible video at 4.
At 5, we'll look back over forty years since the Supreme Court decided the Roe vs. Wade case, which gave women the right to have an abortion. That case started right here in the Lone Star state, and there is still much controversy over the issue.
Also, an Arizona veteran battling cancer was reunited with his motorcycle after it was stolen from the apartment complex where he lived. We'll share his story coming up.
And at 6, we'll share the results from this afternoon's Loop 49/bicyclists meeting. Will bicyclists continue to be allowed to share the road there?
And join us on the livestream at KLTV.com for all of the above and much, much more. We're here for you!
See you soon,
