Two students at Gladewater High School hoping to get out of school early because of the weather took matters into their own hands after Mother Nature failed to cooperate.
On Tuesday, Gladewater High School was evacuated after a note found in the hallway indicated a bomb would detonate at 1 p.m. No explosion occurred and the students were able to go back to class.
According to Gladewater Police, school resource officers and administrators were able to locate two juvenile boys responsible for the threat. They were charged with making a False Alarm/Report, a state jail felony.
