Jailed ETX man assaults deputies

LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) -

An East Texas man, arrested Sunday by Longview Police, made things worse for himself at the Gregg County Jail on Monday night.

Thirty-one-year-old Gaylen Bradley tried to kick jailers and refused to go to a holding cell. Deputies were forced to use a taser, but Bradley continued struggling and dug at a jailer's knuckle until the deputy started bleeding.

Bradley was charged with assault on a public servant and his bond is set at $10,000.
