EAST TEXAS (KLTV) -
Looks as though we will see a repeat of what we saw
across East Texas Monday.
A weak disturbance will bring another chance of
freezing rain and sleet across East Texas this morning. Because of this
winter weather advisories are in effect through 4 p.m., Tuesday.
We
will see light sleet and freezing rain eventually changing to all rain late Tuesday. Highs will struggle to reach the middle to upper 30s with a
northeast wind around 10 miles per hour. Tuesday night will be partly cloudy
and cold. Lows will be in the middle to upper 20s. Wednesday we will see partly cloudy skies and highs in the middle to upper
40s.
The last disturbance will move through the area Wednesday
night. It now looks as though the snow that could develop with this
system will do so off to our east keeping us dry Wednesday night. There
could be a flurry or two but right now it does not look like a big winter
weather event. We finally begin to warm up as we head towards the weekend
with highs reaching the upper 50s to lower 60s.
