The year 1960 saw the birth of the Dallas Cowboy Football Franchise and the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. Two women, both from East Texas, have developed the cheerleaders into the cultural icons they are today.
Dee Brock was the very first director of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, turned them into the first and most famous sports entertainment group in the world. Kelli Finglass has led the cheerleaders to new heights during her 21 years as director. She's developed the group into a profit center, produced the first swimsuit calendar video, and is producer of CMT's hit series, "Making the Team"
