An East Texas man is back home after working for 13 months in the Middle East as a civilian security guard. 46 year old, Randy Neeley, is back at his lake Cherokee home. He spent the last year as a security guard at the military's central command in Kuwait.
Neeley braved 130 degree daytime temperatures to guard munitions for a civilian contractor. He says conditions are still uneasy for non-military personal, with reports of kidnappings and terrorists activities. He says many westerners working there, worry about what could happen to them. He has no plans of going back to the middle east.
