1. Any kind of fish fillet
3. Salt & Pepper
5. Lemon Pepper
Place the fish in a glass baking dish. Squirt a bit of lemon on each fillet. Salt and Pepper each. Then generously shake on some lemon pepper. Then some parsley. On each fillet, place two or three thinly sliced pieces of butter and then slice a few slices of lemon and place them on top of the fish.
1. Microwave until done. (About 5 minutes and 30 seconds) Thin fish like crappie will take much less time. Bass, Red Fish, Speckled Trout will all take about 5 to 5 1/2 minutes.
**Note: You do not have to catch your own fish!
