Murder-For-Hire Suspect Indicted

A man from Palestine is formally charged for allegedly making a bomb as part of a murder-for-hire plot. Tom Lee Golightly, Jr. was indicted by the grand jury for possessing an unregistered firearm. He was arrested last month in Tyler in the Target parking lot. It was part of an undercover operation by the ATF.

Golightly remains in jail while he awaits trial. If found guilty, he could face up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
