Livingston man killed in weekend wreck

POLK COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

A Livingston man died in a rollover accident on US 190 in Polk County early Saturday.

Cody Lee Thinnes, 22, died on the scene at 6:10 a.m.

According to the DPS report, Thinnes was driving a 2003 Hyundai SUV westbound on US 190 when he left the road and overturned the SUV.

He was not wearing a seatbelt.

According to his Facebook page, Thinnes was a father to a young girl.
