A Bullard man found out first hand, driving a boat while intoxicated and driving a car while intoxicated will get you the same amount of time in jail. 40 year old Jerry Glenn Walker was sentenced to nine years in prison for a B-W-I. He was arrested last summer by Game Wardens on Lake Palestine after he was pulled over and refused a breathalyzer test. Game Wardens say Walker had prior felonies including a D-W-I. In addition to his sentence, he was fined 5 thousand dollars.
