Major accident in Titus Co., US 271 South being shut down

TITUS COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

Mt. Pleasant Fire Department is on the scene of a major motor vehical accident, possibly involving five vehicles, on US 271 South near the Titus/Camp County line.

Motorists are advised to avoid this area if possible due to major traffic backups. Southbound lanes on US 271 are being shutdown at this time.
