Dispute leads to gun shot; Tyler PD seek suspect

The Tyler Police Department is looking for a man following a dispute on Ellis Avenue in Tyler on Friday.

At around 3:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to 618 North Ellis Ave on a disturbance call. Upon arriving at the scene, they found Daniel Gasca, 22, who told them he and his cousin, Kebodrick Osborne, 17, were involved in an argument. The dispute escalated to the point that Osborne pulled out handgun and fired at Gasca. Osborne then left the area on foot, headed north. 

After interviewing witnesses, an arrest warrant was obtained for Kebodrick Terrell Osborne for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Osborne is described as a black male, 6'01" tall, 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red sweater, dark jean shorts and a read beanie. 

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Osborne is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department at 903-531-1000 or Tyler/Smith County Crimes Stoppers at 903-597-CUFF (903-897-2833).  Crimes Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspect in this case or any felony case.
