Fat Catz Creole Seafood Pasta

Creole Seafood Pasta

  • Garlic
  • Spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Tomatoes
  • Marinara sauce
  • Cream
  • Butter
  • 1 pound dry Cavatappi pasta
  • Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • Assorted Seafood
  • Blackened seasoning


In a 12- to 14-inch saute pan, add olive oil.  Season seafood and add it to the hot olive oil with the garlic.  Once done on one side flip them over and add the butter to the pan along with all of the other vegetables.  One that is done add the marinara sauce then the cream.  Bring to a light simmer and add parmesan cheese.  Add in the cooked pasta to the dish and serve.
