It's time once again to get on board to help East Texas children in need.
People Attempting to Help's "School Supply Train" stopped in Tyler Tuesday to kick off this year's drive for much-needed school supplies.
From a sack full of supplies, to just a pencil, you can donate just about anything to help out. The group hopes to help more than 13,000 kids living in Smith County.
If you want to make donations to the school supply train, there will be several drop-offs in Smith County. You can stop by PATH, KLTV, Brookshire's, Super-1 Foods, Office Depot and Goodwill.
You can also pick up pre-made bags at Broookshire's and Super-1. The school supply train is taking donations through August 10.
