Crawfish Creole
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup onion
1 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
1 tsp thyme
1 Tbsp Tony's
1 tsp hot sauce
2 cups chicken broth
1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
1 cup ketchup
1 bay leaf
2 lbs crawfish tails
Method:
Add all ingredients except crawifsh tails. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Add crawfish tails and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes.
