On November 9, 2012, the suspect was observed with a computer he had not paid for outside Wal-Mart located at 515 E Loop 281. When confronted by police, the suspect left the item he had stolen and fled on foot to avoid apprehension by police. The stolen property was recovered but the suspect was not located.

He was described as a black male wearing a turquoise shirt and jeans.
