Stop the cravings!

We all know the feelings - those insatiable urges for the chocolate's sweet decadence of the salty crunch of potato chips.  Most of the time, giving into food cravings means overindulging in calorie-rich foods.  To limit cravings, try these tips:
  • Put them off.  Tell yourself you'll wait a few minutes.  Many cravings are short lived, and the urge passes quickly.
  • Choose alternatives.  Try fat-free potato chips if you crave something crunchy or a baked apple with a little cinnamon if you want something sweet.
