Police officers arrested a 41-year-old man for allegedly driving drunk with
children in his vehicle early Wednesday morning.
Horace
Glenn Taylor, Jr. is still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a
state-jail felony charge of driving while intoxicated with a child. No bond has
been set at this time.
An NPD
officer made a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Taylor at approximately 1:36
a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of North Street. The children were in the
vehicle when Taylor was pulled over. He was arrested and transported to the
Nacogdoches County Jail after he was found to be intoxicated.
No
further information was available on the children's ages.
