MISSING: Linda and Charles Tieuel, Jr. (Source: Shreveport Police Department)
SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a local woman and her son, both of whom have not been seen since last week.
Relatives of 33-year-old Linda Tieuel and her 4-year-old son Charles Tieuel, Jr., have reported to authorities that the mother and child have not been seen since around Thanksgiving Day.
Police say Ms. Tieuel was supposed to return the little boy to his father following scheduled visitation time, but has not done so.
Linda Tieuel is described as a black female about five feet five inches tall weighing approximately 120 pounds.
At this early stage of their investigation, detectives do not believe any foul play has befallen the pair, but they are concerned for the welfare of Ms. Tieuel, who possibly has some health issues, and Charles Jr. Investigators want to make sure they are safe.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Linda Tieuel and Charles Tieuel, Jr is urged to call Detective David Gardner at 318-673-7020 or Shreveport-Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373.
