TxTAGS will be on sale at the Tyler area Texas Department of Transportation this week.
Customer service specialists will be on duty at the Tyler area office, located at the interchange of Toll 49 and Highway 155 S. in Noonday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, and until noon on Thursday to sign up new TxTAG customers or to help with exiting account questions.
The tags are also good for use on any toll roads in Texas.
"This is a limited time offer," said TxDOT spokesman Larry Krantz. "And we're staying open until 6 to make it as convenient as possible to get a TxTAG."
After noon Thursday, those wanting to buy a TxTAG can call 1-888-Go-TxTAG or log on to www.txtag.org.
